About the Project
The mission of the Declaration Resources Project is to create innovative scholarly resources to support teaching and learning about, and ongoing engagement with, the Declaration of Independence. Our goal is to encourage and equip individuals to engage with the text and context of the Declaration in new ways.
The Second Continental Congress convened at the State House (now @INDEPENDENCENHP) in Philadelphia #onthisday in 1775. The following summer, in the same building, they would debate, approve, and sign the #DeclarationofIndependence
